Customer Connection Campaign
My team created an awareness campaign spanning TV, out-of-home, and digital ads. Our audience was mainly people that were familiar with the concept of Customer Experience, but not necessary Medallia. The concept was to show how connecting with a customer through Medallia can change a negative experience into a positive.
My Role: Creative Director
The Team: Our in-house art director and I wrote the script and worked with a production agency on the TV spot. All of the design assets were created by our in-house team.
